Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Whisk well. Transfer half of the mixture to a serving bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
Step 2
Add chicken breasts to a alrge bowl and toss well with the remaining sauce.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer chicken to the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove fried chicken breasts from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with dipping sauce.
