- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons coarse-ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Whisk well. Transfer half of the mixture to a serving bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
Add chicken breasts to a large bowl and toss well with the remaining sauce.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 15 minutes.

Hi, No, you don’t need to flip it. Just put the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and fry. That’s all. Regards.

My air fryer says 380 for 25 minutes for chicken. Is 15 minutes at 350 long enough?
