  • For Pork Chops:
  • 4 thick pork chops
  • salt, to taste
  • For the Pepper Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) brandy
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream
  • 2-3 teaspoons black peppercorns
