- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1½ oz (45 g) Mozzarella cheese
Place a few mozzarella slices between bread. Spread the butter outside of the bread.
Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket. Secure with toothpicks.
Fry at 360 F (180 C) for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Flip the sandwiches and increase the heat to 380 F (190 C). Fry for a further 5 minutes.
