Air fryer stuffed bell peppers recipe. This stuffed bell pepper recipe is for one, but you can easily double or triple the stuffing ingredients to make more servings. It’s a great way to prepare stuffed peppers with ground beef, rice, and vegetables that are low-carb and healthy.

I cut the bell pepper in half diagonally and descended. You can cut tops off, then stuff them, as well. I recommend using homemade low-carb marinara sauce, to make this recipe.

What are the benefits to cook stuffed bell peppers in an air fryer?

There are many benefits to cooking stuffed bell peppers in an air fryer. One of the most important is that they can be cooked without using oil or butter. Another benefit of cooking stuffed bell peppers in an air fryer is that it’s faster than traditional methods and there’s less chance for them to stick or burn.

Can I use a different type of bell pepper?

Yes. You can use any type of bell pepper in this dish.

What is a good filling for a stuffed pepper?

A good filling for a stuffed pepper is any protein that can be cooked in the oven or on the stovetop.

Some good fillings are ground beef, ground turkey, sausage, chicken, shrimp, crab meat, and vegetables.

What else can I fry in an air fryer?

Air fryers are a great alternative to deep frying. They work by circulating hot air around the food and cooking it from all sides. This means that you can cook healthier foods in an air fryer, such as chicken wings or french fries.
