Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos Recipe
- 1 ppund (480 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- pinch of salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper, cored and sliced
- 1 mango, pitted and chopped
- chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, sliced
- crumbled feta cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, Toss shrimp well to coat with spices and oil.
Fry in preheated (400 F) air fryer for 5-6 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
