  • 1 ppund (480 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and sliced
  • 1 mango, pitted and chopped
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • crumbled feta cheese


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, Toss shrimp well to coat with spices and oil.

Step 2

Fry in preheated (400 F) air fryer for 5-6 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.

Step 3

Remove fried shrimp from the air fryer and transfer it to a plate. Assemble tortillas with onions and place them in the air basket. Fry for a further 1 minute.

Step 4

Remove cooked tacos from the fryer and add chopped mango and bell peppers. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Serve warm.
