Jockey Club Cocktail Recipe
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients: 1½ oz (45 ml) dry gin, 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Creme de Noyau liqueur, 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) sugar syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
Instructions: In a shaker filled with cubed ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest twist.
Athole Brose Cocktail Recipe
Makes 1 drink
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey, 2 oz (60 ml) whiskey, 1½ oz (45 ml) Oatmeal water (from Quaker porridge oats), 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Drambuie liqueur, 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Amaretto liqueur, 1/2 oz (15 ml) half-and-half
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of oatmeal and 1/2 cup (125 ml) warm water. Stir well, then set aside for 15 minutes. Strain to extract the creamy mixture, then discard the oatmeal.
In another mixing bowl, combine the honey and whiskey. Stir until honey has been dissolved completely. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and strain into the chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto liqueur
- 1²⁄³oz (50 ml) dry vermouth
Method
Step 1
Pour the amaretto into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Add the vermouth. Stir well.
Step 2
Serve immediately with a straw. Enjoy!
