Coconut Margarita Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon cream of coconut
- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) tequila
- 2 oz (60 ml) sweet and sour
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Triple sec
Method
Step 1
In a blender filled with crushed ice, combine all ingredients, except toasted coconut. Blend well.
Step 2
Pour blended mixture in cocktail glass. Serve coconut margarita cocktail immediately.
