  • 2 boneless and skinlees chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red chili, seeded and chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pound (240 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) chicken broth
  • fresh coriander, to garnish

Method

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Rinse under cold running water, then drain well. Set aside.

Step 2
