Banana lassi. Very easy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 3 ripe bananas,cut into chunks
- 1 cup (250 ml) plain full-fat yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) buttermilk
- 1 cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the banana mixture into a large jug. Add ice cubes to mixture remaining in the blender and blend until ice.
Add blended mixture to a jug and stir well. Cover and refrigerate banana lassi until thoroughly chilled, for at least 1 hour.
