Chicken sliders with brie cheese. Very easy and delicious chicken recipe. Use as an appetizer or main dish. You may also like Chicken Liver Pate, very tasty chicken recipe cooked in a slow cooker.
Chicken Sliders with Brie Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups diced or ground cooked chicken
- 16 slides buns
- 8 oz (240 g) Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- Baby lettuce leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, pesto, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
Step 2
Add diced chicken. Toss well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Spread cut side of bottom halves of buns with chicken mixture. Lay cheese slices across the halves.
Step 4
Place tops on a baking sheet and cook until cheese beginning to melt(about 2 minutes).
Step 5
Garnish bottoms with lettuce. Place tops on bottoms and serve.
