Classic Mexican vampiro cocktail recipe. This is the national Mexican alcoholic drink. Easy, spicy, and delicious tequila-based mixed drink. It is a nice combination of orange and tomato juice, spices, the sweetness of the honey, and, of course, a surprise of the onion.

This cocktail is so refreshing!!! Well, the most favorite Mexican cocktails are Margarita and Tequila Sunrise, but this one is really one of my favorite cocktails!

Here is another version of this delicious alcoholic mixed drink, created by https://www.marthastewart.com/

Easy Mexican Vampiro Cocktail Recipe

The version of this Mexican alcoholic mixed drink contains little different ingredients, such as grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and cucumber spears.

Ingredients: freshly squeezed juice of 4 limes (about 3/4 cup (180 ml), 2 cups (500 ml) pure tomato juice, freshly squeezed juice of 1 pink grapefruit, 1/4 cup (60 ml) simple syrup, sea salt, 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, 1 cup (250 ml) tequila, 12 oz (360 ml) Club Soda, cucumber spears and lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions: Rub the rims of two old-fashioned glasses with lime juice, then dip them in the sea salt. In a pitcher, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Pour the tequila mixture into prepared glasses filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with cucumber spears and lime wedges. Serve cold and enjoy!
