- 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- corn tortillas
- desired taco toppings
In a Ziploc bag, combine the chicken, taco seasonng, olive oil, and lime juice. Add salt and black pepper, if desired. Seal and shake the bag well to combine all ingredients and coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Transfer it to the air fryer basket. Fry at 360 F (180 C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove fried chicken breasts from the basket and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into cubes. Serve with corn tortillas and desired toppings.
