Ingredients for Champagne Margarita
makes 2 margaritas (a printable version follows)
4 tablespoons (60 ml) Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice, 2 oz (60 ml) white tequila, 2 oz (60 ml) Curacao Triple Sec liqueur, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice, 6 oz (180 ml) brut champagne (use sparkling wine as a substitute), 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Turbinado Sugar, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) granulated sugar, lime wedges, for garnish
First of all, in a shallow dish, combine Turbinado and granulated sugars. Stir well. Next, wet the rim of each glasses with lime wedges, then dip glasses into the sugar mixture. Set aside.
In a shaker filled with crushed ice, combine the remaining ingredients. Shake well, then strain the mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve. Champagne margarita recipe is ready, enjoy it!

- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine turbinado and granulated sugars. Stir well. Wet the rim of each glass with lime wedges, then dip glasses into the sugar mixture. Set aside.
Step 2
In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, lime juice, and Champagne. Shake well. Strain into prepared glasses. garnish with lime wedges. Serve and enjoy!
