Fried Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- For Seasoning Flour:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander, crushed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 20 chicken wings
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
In a deep fryer, heat the oil.
Step 2
Combine all seasoned flour ingredients together in large bowl. Deep chicken wings in this mixture.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix milk and eggs. Deep chicken wings in this liquid then coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350Β° F(175Β° C). Cook chicken wings in deep fryer wings for 4 minutes. Finish cooking process in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Garnish fried chicken wings with fresh herbs and dipping.
