Fried Chicken Wings in Soy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) chicken wings
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
- olive oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken wings and soy sauce. Mix well, set aside and let marinate for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
Step 2
Add tomato paste, stir and set aside for another 30 minutes. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. Drain chicken wings, reserving marinade.
Step 3
In nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over low heat. Add chicken wings and fry on both sides until golden. Remove fried chicken wings from heat.
Step 4
Pour over reserved marinade and serve immediately.
