Fried traditional chicken schnitzel recipe. Very easy and delicious chicken schnitzel recipe. To fry it I used Airfryer.
What is it an AairFryer? This is crispy and tasty fried food with up to 80 percent less fat. In the AirFryer you can cook frozen food, such as chicken nuggets, fish sticks, frozen fries, etc. Raw meat can be also done in this fryer. You can roast chicken, beef, or pork, and even bake the whole chicken.
Grill your homemade patties, burgers, steaks, pork chops, lamb chops, and any fish fillets. Roast also certain types of vegetables, bake desserts, everything is possible in AirFryer! Roast even snacks in this machine such as peanuts, walnuts, or almonds. That’s so easy! Peanuts and walnuts take about 10 minutes and almonds even less! (5-7 minutes).
Fried Traditional Chicken Schnitzel Recipe
- 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 12 tablespoons gluten free oats
- 2 medium eggs. beaten
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley
- lemon wedges
Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. Pound with a mallet. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
On a blender, combine oats, salt, black pepper, mustard powder and parsley. Blend until smooth. Remove oats mixture from the blender and transfer to a medium bowl.
Roll chicken breasts in oats, then in beaten agg and againin oats. Place chicken breasts in your grill pan inside of your Airfryer. Cook for 12 minutes at 350 F (175 C).
Serve fried chicken schnitzel with cooked potatoes or rice.
