Healthy pomegranate guacomole. This is very healthy vegetarian salad with avocado, greens, and pomegranate seeds.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados,peeled,pitted and lightly mashed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 green chili,finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- salt to taste
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Mix well (Do not over mix otherwise it will be too mushy) .
Step 2
Serve pomegranate guacomole with nachos.
