Ingredients
- 6 frozen lobster tails, thawed
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon your favorite seasoning
- For the Butter Sauce:
- 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Using kitchen scissors, a line down inside each shell. Set lobsters aside.
Step 2
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) water into the instant pot. Add seasoning and mix well.
Step 3
Place a trivet in the pot, then arrange 4 prepared lobster tails, shell side down. Put the steamer basket on top of the tails. Place the remaining tails on top of the basket.
Step 4
Close the cooker and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 4 minutes.
