Lemon-Basil Jalapeno Tequila Cocktail
Ingredients
- 7 fresh lemon-basil leaves
- 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 oz (90 ml) fresh pineapple juice
- 1½ oz (45 ml) Jalapeno tequila
Method
Step 1
Place lemon-basil leaves in a mortar. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and muddle well.
Step 2
In a shaker filled with cubed ice, combine muddled leaves and remaining ingredients. Shake well.
Step 3
Pour tequila mixture into tall glass. Garnish with jalapeno pepper wedge and serve.
