Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) light rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) dark rum
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) orange curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz( 15 ml) orgeat syrup
- pineapple slice, for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients, except dark rum. Shake well.
Step 2
Strain into cocktail glass. Pour dark rum over.
Step 3
Garnish with pineapple slice.
