Mango lassi. Very delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 1 large ripe mango,finely chopped
- 3/4 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cubed ice
Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the mango mixture into a large jug. Add cubed ice to mixture remaining in the blender and blend until ice.
Add blended mixture to the jug and stir well. Cover mango Lassi and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, for 1 hour.
