Mango-papaya smoothie.Healthy mixed drink,made from fresh fruits.Delicious!
- 1 ripe mango,peeled,pitted and cubed (1 cup (250 g))
- 1 papaya,peeled,deseeded and cubed (1 cup (250 g))
- 1 Jackfruit,chopped (1 cup (250 g))
- clear honey
In a blender,combine all ingredients,except milk. Blend well until smooth. Add milk to thin it down.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled topped with some mango cubes.
