Mango sorbet floats. Very easy delicious dessert with mango and champagne.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango sorbet
  • sparkling wine,champagne

Method

Step 1

Using an ice cream scoop,place 2-3 scoops of mango sorbet in each cocktail glass. Pour in sparkling wine or champagne.

Step 2

Serve immediately.
