Margarita mango salsa.Fresh Mexican salsa.Very healthy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups diced mango
  • 1/4 cup green onions,thinly sliced(green part only)
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper,seeded and finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro,coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red bell pepper,finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tequila

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Mix well,then cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 2

Serve margarita mango salsa as an appetizer.
