Oven baked lemon and ginger haddock.Haddock fillets with ginger and mustard baked in turbo oven
- 4 haddock fillets
- 1 cup (250 g) creme fraiche
- 3 1/3 oz (100 ml) milk
- zest of 1 lemon
- chopped fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
- handful of chopped fresh parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place washed haddock fillets in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
In a mixing bowl,combine creme fraiche,milk,lemon zest,ginger and parsley. Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour mixture over haddock fillets until evenly coated. Sprinkle with paprika.
Place on the high rack of turbo oven. Set temperature to 380 F (190 C). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
