Pork chops with roasted pepper sauce. Delicious pork chops with excellent roasted pepper sauce. Just try to cook them! You can also serve fried pork chops with delicious homemade Tangy Dipping Sauce:

Tangy Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) ketchup, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar, 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown sugar, 2 teaspoons (10 ml) prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) hot pepper sauce, 1 bay leaf, 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced, 1/2 cup (125 ml) water

Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Discard the bay leaf. Use as a basting sauce when grilling chicken or any kind of meat. Enjoy!

Pork Chops with Roasted Pepper Sauce


  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • For the Sauce:
  • 1 can of roasted pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil


Step 1

Season pork chops with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Lightly grease a non-stick skillet with olive oil.

Step 3

Place pork chops on a greased skillet and fry 3 minutes on each side. Add to skillet chopped garlic, thyme, and melted butter. Continue to cook, basting chops with melted butter, until golden brown.

Step 4

For the Sauce: In a blender, combine all sauce ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Step 5

Serve pork chops with roasted pepper sauce.
