Pork chops with roasted pepper sauce.Delicious pork chops with excellent sauce.Just try to cook them!
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 clove garlic,peeled and chopped
- For the Sauce:
- 1 can of roasted pepper
- 1 clove garlic,peeled
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Season pork chops with salt and black pepper.
Lightly grease a non-stick skillet with olive oil.
Place pork chops on a greased skillet and fry 3 minutes on each side. Add to skillet chopped garlic,thyme and melted butter. Continue to cook,basting chops with melted butter,until golden brown.
For the Sauce:In a blender,combine all sauce ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Serve pork chops with roasted pepper sauce.
