Slow Cooker Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 8-12 bacon slices
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
In a medium mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, and seasoning. Mix well.
Place chicken breasts on a plate. Rub with half of the dry mixture. Roll each seasoned chicken with 2-3 slices of bacon.
Arrange wrapped chicken in a single layer in a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining dry mixture over the wrapped chicken.
Close the pot and cook for 3 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Remove cooked chicken from the pot and transfer to a broiler. Broil under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
