Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (250 ml) mashed ripe bananas
- 1 ¾ cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine margarine (butter) and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Stir in mashed bananas and eggs. Mix just until blended.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Mix well. Stir dry mixture into banana mixture. Mix in chopped nuts.
