The Best Tips for Making Better Barbecued Chicken

One of the most delicious ways to cook a chicken is by using a barbecued method. Chicken skin is one of the most important parts in this process.

Here are some tips for making better-barbecued chicken:

– Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.

– Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it up on medium-high heat.

– Then, place the chicken skin side down into the hot oil, cooking for 3 minutes before flipping to cook for another 3 minutes.

– After that, add herbs like thyme and rosemary to your oil and continue cooking until you get crispy fried chicken skin with olive oil and herbs.
