Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1.440 kg) boneless beef chuck shoulder roast
- 24 oz (720 g) salsa
- flour tortillas, warmed
- For Toppings:
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomato
- diced guacamole
- diced onion and salsa
Method
Step 1
Place beef in a 4½-quart(4½L) slow cooker. Top with 24 oz(720 g) jar of salsa.
Step 2
