Slow cooker cheesy beer-salsa dip. Very delicious cheesy dip.Use it with tortilla chips.
- 16 oz (480 g) salsa
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) beer
- 1 pound (480 g) American cheese,shredded
- 8 oz (240 g) Monterey Jack cheese,shredded
- 8 oz (240 g) cream cheese,cut into pieces
- tortilla chips
In slow cooker,combine salsa and beer. Mix well.
Stir in shredded American cheese,Monterey Jack cheese,and cream cheese.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours.
Stir well before serving. Serve slow cooker cheesy beer-salsa dip warm with tortilla chips.
