Slow cooker cheesy beer-salsa dip. Very delicious cheesy dip.Use it with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (480 g) salsa
  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) beer
  • 1 pound (480 g) American cheese,shredded
  • 8 oz (240 g) Monterey Jack cheese,shredded
  • 8 oz (240 g) cream cheese,cut into pieces
  • tortilla chips

Method

Step 1

In slow cooker,combine salsa and beer. Mix well.

Step 2

Stir in shredded American cheese,Monterey Jack cheese,and cream cheese.

Step 3

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours.

Step 4

Stir well before serving. Serve slow cooker cheesy beer-salsa dip warm with tortilla chips.
