Ingredients
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup (125 g) Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large egg, beaten
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce
