Brownies are often made with chocolate, sugar, eggs, and butter. These ingredients can cause health problems like high cholesterol or weight gain. Brownies can also be made with healthier ingredients like whole wheat flour and applesauce to cut down on calories and sugar content.

When you eat brownies at a fast pace, your body doesn’t have time to process all the sugar in them before your stomach gets full.
