Slow Cooker Garlic-Soy Chicken Breasts

- 1 small yellow onion,peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Grease inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl,combine onion,garlic powder,soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
Place chicken breasts in a greased slow cooker. Pour soy sauce over meat.
Close slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until chicken breasts are tender.
