- 2 cups (500 ml) whole milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1-inch (2.5 cm) ginger, sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) clear honey
- 12 black tea bags
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on a high-heat setting until hot and steaming (do not boil) for about 2 hours.
Step 2
Using a slotted spoon, remove tea bags and gingerroot. Reduce heat to low to keep slow cooker honey tea warm for serving.
