Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds (720 g) beef flank steak, sliced against grain
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut Aminos
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure maple extract
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
