Slow cooker lemon chicken breasts. This is a very delicious chicken recipe cooked in slow cooker. Fresh lemon juice is flavor accent in this yummy recipe! I used homemade chicken stock to make this yummy meal. You may also like  Slow Cooker Lemon-Garlic Chicken or Slow Cooker Chicken Meatball Soup

Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken brests,cubed
  • 1 package italian dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chicken stock
  • egg noodles

Method

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients, except noodles. Mix well.

Step 2

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook noodles, according to packing instruction. Drain cooked noodles and divide between a serving bowls.

Step 4

Remove cooked chicken with sauce from slow cooker. Place over the cooked noodles and serve immediately.
