Slow cooker marinated ribs. Beef short ribs marinated in tomato sauce and cooked in slow cooker. Very simple and delicious! You may also like Slow Cooker Bean and Spinach Stew or Slow Cooker Sausages in Beer
Slow Cooker Marinated Ribs
Ingredients
- 2½ pounds(1400 g) beef ribs
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup(250 ml) beef consomme
- 2 onions, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
Method
Step 1
Place beef ribs in slow cooker.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour mixture over ribs.
Step 3
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours, turning beef ribs once.
Step 4
Serve marinated beef ribs hot.

Lovely dish, packed full of flavour. Ribs so tender, just fell apart. Very tasty, will definitely do again.
