Slow Cooker Parmesan Bread
Ingredients
- 1 small loaf Italian bread, sliced
- 6 tablespoons margarine, room temperature
- 1/3 cup (80 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- chopped fresh parsley
Method
Step 1
Cut Italian bread into 6-8 slices.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and margarine. Stir well and set aside.
Step 3
Spread both sides of bread slices with Parmesan mixture.
Step 4
Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and place in slow cooker.
Step 5
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 2 hours.
