Slow cooker Parmesan bread. Italian bread slices with Parmesan cheese and margarine cooked in slow cooker. Delicious! You may also like Crock Pot Turkey Chili or Crock Pot Stuffed Bell Peppers

Slow Cooker Parmesan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf Italian bread, sliced
  • 6 tablespoons margarine, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • chopped fresh parsley

Method

Step 1

Cut Italian bread into 6-8 slices.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and margarine. Stir well and set aside.

Step 3

Spread both sides of bread slices with Parmesan mixture.

Step 4

Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and place in slow cooker.

Step 5

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 2 hours.
