Ingredients

  • 3 pounds(1.44 kg) boned beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, peeled and chopped
  • 2 wedges cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • water

Method

Step 1

Preheat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet. Add meat and cook until browned. Drain.
