Strawberry-Mango Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 ripe strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, ripped
- 4 oz (120 ml) mango rum
- 7½ oz (225 ml) Sprite
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, mint leaves and strawberries. Using a spoon, mush well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Divide strawberry mixture into two rock glaces. Pour equal quantity of rum and sprite into glaces. Stir well and add cubed ice.
Step 3
Serve strawberry-mango mojito immediately.
