Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit wedge,halved
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz (60 ml) tequila
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Agave nectar
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Method

Step 1

In a shaker,muddle the grapefruit , lime wedges , and fresh mint leaves.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients. Fill with crushed ice.

Step 3

Shake well and strain into rock glass filled with ice.

Step 4

Garnish with grapefruit wedge and fresh mint sprig. Serve immediately.
