Vegetable smoothie.Quick and healthy mixed drink.Contains fresh apple,vegetables and greens.Yummy!
- 2 ripe tomatoes,peeled and sliced
- 1/2 of fresh cucumber,peeled and sliced
- 1 apple,peeled,cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh coriander,chopped
- 2 cups(500 ml) tomato juice
In a blender,combine all ingredients,except tomato juice. Blend until smooth.
Add tomato juice and blend again. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pour chilled mixture into cocktail glasses. Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped cucumber(optional).
Serve vegetable smoothie immediately.
