Hungarian Goulash in Slow Cooker

Hungarian goulash in slow cooker. Very popular beef goulash. Belongs to Hungarian cuisine and cook in slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (960 g) round steak,cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 10 ¾ oz (325 ml) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup can water
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
  • 2 potatoes,peeled and cubed

Method

Step 1

Mix meat,onion,powder,and flour together in slow cooker until meat is well coated. Add remaining ingredients,except sour cream and stir well.

Step 2

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours. Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
