Marinated salmon fillet.Very easy and delicious salmon appetizer.
- 2 pounds (960 g) salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- zest of 1 lemon,finely grated
- 2/3 oz (20 g) finely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Rub salmon fillet with sugar and sea salt.
In mixing bowl,combine chopped dill and lemon zest. Dip salmon fillet in dill mixture. Sprinkle with brandy.
Cover with plastic wrap,making small halls with toothpick. Refrigerate for,at least,4 hours.(If you like more salted fish,I recommend to refrigerate it overnight)
Remove marinated salmon fillet from refrigerator,slice and enjoy!
