Pressure Cooker Lemony Chicken Wings

Pressure cooker lemony chicken wings. Chicken wings with lemon juice and spices cooked in pressure cooker. Very easy and delicious chicken wings recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 pounds (1.44 kg) chicken wings
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

Step 1

In a pressure cooker,combine all ingredients,except chicken wings and salt. Stir well.

Step 2

Add chicken wings. Toss well to coat.

Step 3

Close pressure cooker and lock the lid. Set burner heat to high pressure. When cooker reaches high pressure,reduce heat to low. Set timer to cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Open pressure cooker,using Quick Release method. Using a tons,transfer cooked chicken wings to a large baking sheet

Step 5

Place the oven rack 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) from the broiler element. Broil seasoned wings until browned and crisp,turning once (for about 4-6 minutes).

Step 6

Transfer cooked chicken wings to serving platter. Pour reserved sauce over. Serve hot.
