Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Slow cooker hot fudge cake. Delicious dessert cooked in slow cooker. Use a springform pan that has a tight seal to prevent the batter from leaking.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tavlespoons Dutch process coca,divided
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) reduced-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups (370 ml) boiling water
Wrap bottom of springform pan in aluminum foil.
In a medium mixing bowl,combine all-purpose flour,brown sugar,3 tablespoons cocoa,baking powder and salt. Whisk combined milk,vegetable oil and vanilla into flour mixture,mixing well. Grease 7-inch(15.5 cm) springform pan with nonstick spray.
Spoon batter into greased springform pan. Mix remaining 3 tablespoons cocoa and granulated sugar. Sprinkle cocoa mixture over cake batter. Slowly pour boiling water over the back of a large spoon over batter(don't stir).
Place pan on rack in 6-cup slow cooker. Cover slow cooker and cook on high-heat setting until cake springs back when touched,about 2 hours. Cool pan on wire rack 10-15 minutes,then remove side of pan.
Serve slow cooker hot fudge pudding cake warm.
