Slow Cooker Beef in Beer
- 6 potatoes,peeled and quartered
- 3 onions,peeled and quartered
- 1 cup carrots,sliced
- 3-4 pounds(1,4-1,7 kg) corned beef brisket,fat removed
- 1 cup beer
- Combine onions,potatoes,and carrots in slow cooker.
- Arrange beef atop vegetables.
- Pour beer over all.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
- Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
- Serve slow cooker beef with vegetables.
