  • 3 onions,peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup carrots,sliced
  • 3-4 pounds(1,4-1,7 kg) corned beef brisket,fat removed
  • 1 cup beer

    1. Combine onions,potatoes,and carrots in slow cooker.
    2. Arrange beef atop vegetables.
    3. Pour beer over all.
    4. Cover and cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
    5. Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
    6. Serve slow cooker beef with vegetables.
