Ingredients

  • 2 Romaine lettuces, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled an deveined
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) creamy Caesar salad dressing

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Mix well, then wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, combine salt and black pepper. Mix well. Add shrimp and toss well to coat, shaking off excess.

Step 4
