Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Remoulade Sauce
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons baby dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • lettucce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Step 1

Pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) water into an instant pot. Place shrimp in a steamer basket.

Step 2

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to nromal. Remove cooked shrimp from the cooker and transfer them to a bowl of cold water. Remove tails, then roughly chop shrimp.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Remoulade sauce, hot sauce, celery, and chopped pickles. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

Place shredded lettuce on a roll, then fill with shrimp mixture. Top with a dash of hot sauce. Serve immediately.
